Annual Hydraulic Salary and Benefits Survey

This survey is carried out each autumn among BFPA hydraulic member companies and presents the complete salary and benefits package received by seven typical job functions in the UK hydraulics industry: two levels of hydraulic technical sales engineer, sales manager, product sales specialist, internal salesperson, design engineer and project engineer. Apart from salaries, other benefits information covered includes: bonuses, working hours, holidays, insurance, life cover, pensions and company cars.
