Annual BFPDA Salary and Benefits Survey

This survey is carried out each autumn among BFPDA members and covers the salary and benefits package received by ten typical jobs in the UK fluid power distribution industry: branch manager, sales / technical manager, technical engineer, service engineer, sales representative, technical internal salesperson, administration, trainee, production and warehouse. Apart from salaries, other information covered includes: bonus structure, overtime, charge out rates, pensions, working hours, holidays, insurance, life cover, pensions and company cars.
