Overseas Fluid Power Market Statistics

BFPA is a member of CETOP, the European Trade Federation for national fluid power associations, and as such participates in a statistics exchange with other CETOP members. CETOP in turn exchanges data with other major world countries through an International Statistics Committee (ISC), and as a result BFPA and BFPDA members have access to European and other country fluid power market information. The ISC estimated world demand for fluid power equipment to be in excess of 27 billion euros in 2006, demonstrating the significance of the fluid power market within the world engineering sector.
