Purpose of the BFPA Academy
Practical training combined with study to help you to gain new knowledge, skills, and behaviours. There are three strands of an apprenticeship evidence and competence which we will work with you to develop your:
Knowledge
We will ensure that you have the information (factual or procedural knowledge) required for performance or a function within your role.
Skills
We will ensure you are confident and proficient (direct application of knowledge) to perform a particular task, procedure, or instruction.
Behaviours
We will ensure you have the professional tools to deliver the knowledge and skills in an appropriate manner for your workplace.
