BFPA Economic Forecast Seminar – 9th October 2024

The 2024 BFPA Economic Forecast Seminar will take place on Wednesday 9th October 2024 at Warwick Conferences, University of Warwick, Coventry. The main speaker will be Jeremy Leonard, Director of Industry Services, Oxford Economics, with supporting speakers Dr Darren Hughes and Dr Truong Dinh of the Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG).

Oxford Economics will present their five year forecast for the UK hydraulics and pneumatics provide an overview of the world economy and key trends for the industry sectors affecting fluid power. Additional guest speakers will make presentations on the work being done at the WMG  after which there will be lunch and tours of the WMG laboratories.

In addition, delegates will receive a copy of the slides from the presentations and free monthly economic updates for the following twelve months in the form of Oxford Economics’ “World Economic Prospects” monthly bulletin. (October 2024 to September 2025).
