With more than 32 years' experience in the industry, we know there's much more to this business than simply selling components. It's about working with you to understand and deliver exactly what you need.
We've always been an innovative company, adapting and evolving to the needs of our customers and this is reflected in the diverse range of projects we've worked on in the UK and worldwide. Hedley partners with customers to improve their productivity and profitability. We work closely with you to produce a design brief, produce a system design with a solution that will suit your application. Hedley has it's own manufacturing facilities for system build, we take ownership of our designs, applying in house test procedures to ensure product is ready for installation and use when it leaves our facilities.
Hedley install all systems and test rigs at our customer locations, having control and ownership from 'system design' to 'switch on' is an important consideration, you need to be sure you get what you asked for!
Hedley's Hose Doctor Service is a 24/7, emergency mobile service which provides the facility to call out an experienced Hose Engineer to get your machine up and running again, we aim to be with customers within one hour.
Our Hedley Parker Stores in Gateshead and Manchester are one-stop shops, for all your fluid and engineering needs. More than a store, you have access to our workshops, delivery service and on-site support from our Hose Doctor service.
