PIX hoses are ideally suited for industrial, agricultural, forestry, marine, and heavy earth-moving applications where safety and performance norms are of utmost importance. The extensive product range conforms to international standards such as BIS, SAE, DIN, EN, BCS, ISO & BS. Product quality certifications and type approvals include MSHA, DNV, USCG, GL, MA (Chinese Mines), DGMS (Indian Mines), LERC and ARAI.
The range of PIX Hoses include:
Spiral Hose (60 mtr/200 ft coil lengths) Medium-to-High Pressure Braided Hose; Extra-High Pressure Hose; Extra-High Temperature Hose; Lower Bend-Radius Hose; Isobaric High Pressure Hose; Thermoplastic Hose; PTFE Hose; Mining Hose (BSC-174); High Pressure Cleaning Hose; Sewer Jetting Hose; Water Blast Hose, Steam Hose, LPG Hose, and other special application hose. The range of hoses can be supplied in diameters ranging from 3/16" (5mm) to 4" (102mm).
The range of PIX End Fittings include:
Swage, Interlock, and Reusable End Fittings and Ferrules in all major thread types such as BSP, JIC, DIN/Metric, ORFS, and NPT among others; Quick Release Couplings; Compression Fittings; Adaptors; Pipe Clamps, and Fire, Heat & Hose Protection Products.
All fittings are designed to perform in the toughest worldwide industrial applications and meet stringent customer requirements, providing reliable and leak free assemblies. PIX fittings are offered in carbon steel although other materials can be used based on customer requirements. Fittings are supplied with surface protection and feature excellent resistance to corrosion and other environmental impacts.
PIX Hydraulics provides its range of products through its network of Authorised Distributors and supports its customers with stocks available through distribution centres in Ipswich, Cardiff and Lisburn. Hydraulic components are available through all centres, with hose assemblies also available at Cardiff and Lisburn. Hose assemblies are tested and certified in house as required.
