Related Fluid Power Ltd design and manufacture Hydraulic Control Valves, Custom Manifold Controls and Hydraulic AC and DC Power Units for Original Equipment Manufacturers in both the Industrial and Mobile sectors. Typical applications for our products include Access Platforms, Scissor Lifts, Aircraft Ground Support Equipment, Construction Equip, Screening and Crushing Equip, Transmission Controls, Agricultural Equip, Tail Lifts, Dock Levellers, Security Barriers and Vehicle Recovery Equipment to name but a few.
Our control valve range includes mechanical (pressure, flow, directional, load holding controls), electro-hydraulic and proportional controls all of which can be either used independently or combined in a manifold assembly to suit the particular application. As well as manufacturing a comprehensive range of small AC and DC hydraulic Power Units and Motor Pump Units we also offer a range of Rotary Geared Flow Dividers and High Pressure Ball Valves to suit most applications.
Our Design Engineering department, supported with up-to-date CAD and 3D Solid Modelling systems, work closely with all our customers to ensure that the end design meets everyone's expectations. This is supported by a fully experienced sales engineering team who have a good understanding and knowledge of a wide range of modern day applications.
We have a large CNC based machine shop that offers the flexibility of both large and small batch production. The recent addition of a 12 pallet Horizontal Machining centre, compliments our existing 18 pallet machine and various other twin pallet and vertical machining centres, all of which give us the flexibility and capacity to meet both our customers' and own production requirements for hydraulic manifolds in today's fast moving market. We have a large assembly area (including clean room) where valves are assembled and tested in a clean environment prior to being packed for storage or despatch.

procedures recognised under the QS 9000 standard.
