BFPA 65th Anniversary Award Winners – Corporate Responsibility

To celebrate BFPA’s 65th Anniversary year, BFPA  has made a series of member awards covering the following categories:

  • Corporate Responsibility
  • Rising Stars
  • Membership Loyalty
Corporate Social Responsibility Awards
This award was to highlight those companies that integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and interactions with their stakeholders instead of only considering economic profits. It covered four areas:

  • Philanthropic responsibility
  • A culture of education
  • Employee wellbeing and engagement
  • Environmental responsibility

Stauff showed us that they have a drive and passion for all criteria for this award; they proved a great deal of work in the community, an innovative Green Team that promote environmentally forward thinking initiatives, a great programme for employee education and motivation, and a fantastic employee wellbeing system.

The IMH entry highlighted that a strong set of company values are their guiding principles and these values are reflected in their philanthropic activities, their culture of education and continuous learning as well as how IMH drives employee engagement and looks after the wellbeing of their employees, the community and the environment.

Hydroscand received this award for showing it is an ethical business with a long-term perspective. In all countries of operation, they contribute to local initiatives that support the communities they work in and provide training and education to their teams.

Awarded for their unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on both the fluid power industry and society at large, their dedication to sustainability, investing in employee growth and ethical business practices.
