BFPA’s 2017 Dinner and Dance proves a success

08 Nov 2017

BFPA’s 2017 Industry Dinner and Dance was held at the Imperial War Museum in Manchester Quays on Friday 3 November and was a very enjoyable evening.

After the museum closed its doors on a normal Friday, staff worked hard to transform it into a striking venue for our evening dinner and dance. Through the ingenious use of lighting and layout, the place was transformed into a magical and very different venue for the BFPA’s 2017 Industry Dinner and Dance.

Some 200 guests enjoyed a packed evening of socialising and entertainment, some of which was kindly sponsored by members and associates.

A considerable sum of money was also raised on the night for BFPA’s chosen cause of Primary Engineer projects, with special guest Dr Susan Scurlock in attendance on the night to promote the worthy cause.

BFPA plans to hold a similar event in 2018, so watch this space!
