Kevin Duckett – A Legacy of Dedication at ROSS Pneumatrol

Kevin Duckett is celebrating an incredible milestone – 60 years of dedicated service at ROSS Pneumatrol. From his very first day in the heavy assembly department, Kevin has been the heart of the operation, bringing a rare blend of technical expertise, problem-solving intuition, and unwavering positivity to everything he does.

Over the decades, Kevin has become much more than a skilled engineer — he’s a mentor, a role model, and a true cornerstone of the company. His ability to diagnose and resolve complex challenges (often with little more than a spanner and a smile!) is legendary among colleagues, past and present.

To honour this extraordinary achievement, the team at ROSS Pneumatrol hosted a celebration befitting Kevin’s legacy. The event drew not only current staff but also former colleagues who returned to share fond memories and pay tribute to the man who has inspired generations.

Kevin’s legacy lives not just in the machines he’s helped build, but in the people he’s influenced and the culture of excellence he’s helped shape and still going strong.
