Oldham Seals Group Acquired by Integrated Polymer Solutions

Oldham Seals Group Limited, together with its subsidiaries Oldham Seals Limited, O-Rings Ltd, and Jetrac Ltd, has been acquired by Integrated Polymer Solutions (IPS) as of 30th June 2025.
Both IPS and Oldham specialise in precision-engineered components for the defence and aerospace sectors, with shared expertise in elastomer-based technologies. The acquisition brings together complementary strengths, enhancing capabilities across both businesses.
Oldham will continue to operate under its existing name with no changes to staff, products, services, or location. The current General Manager Lee Dodd remains in place to lead the business forward.
