Pearson Hydraulics acquire P & R Hydraulics

BFPDA member Pearson Hydraulics Ltd was established in Lincoln in 1964 and has since become a well-established and respected player in the hydraulics industry. Current Directors Rick Dring (Managing Director) and Paul Rushby (Sales Director) helped the company achieve Danfoss Power Solutions Tier 1 status in 2012, and the company is now the largest Danfoss distributor in the UK.
The Directors of Pearson Hydraulics Ltd are delighted to announce the acquisition of P & R Hydraulics Ltd in January 2019 which will expand the company’s product range and services even further. The new company will strengthen the team to over 45 employees and bring additional skills to workforce. Pearson Hydraulics is very excited and committed to a successful future with their established suppliers Danfoss, Intertraco, Turolla, OMT and now new business partners R & G Acquisitions.
