Pirtek Europe acquires Slangakuten

Pirtek Europe Limited (“Pirtek Europe”) acquires Slangakuten AB, one of Sweden’s leading hydraulic hose replacement businesses.

Pirtek Europe, established in the UK in 1988, is Europe’s leading provider of emergency hydraulic hose replacement services. This acquisition establishes Pirtek in the Scandinavian market and strengthens its position as the number one provider in Europe. For Slangakuten, the acquisition provides the support and resources to accelerate its expansion program.
