Revised P54 Published

As part of BFPA’s ongoing technical standards development work, BFPA/P54 Guidelines to the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 and their Application to Gas-loaded Accumulators has been revised and updated by BFPA’s TC1 Accumulators Committee.

Issue 5 of BFPA/P54 Guidelines to the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 and their Application to Gas-loaded Accumulators is now available on the BFPA website as a free download to members, and non-members can buy the publication for £35.

The main amendments are:

• Article 13 2014/68/EU entered into force via CLP Regulation 1272/2008 and other amendments since 19 July 2016.
• Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP) Decision tree
