BFPA member’s business support service includes COVID-19 guidance

BFPA’s member business support service Quest is available to all members free of charge and several members have been making good use of the service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The service offers all BFPA members free advice on the following areas:

• HR
• Legal
• Health & Safety
• Tax

The service includes:

• Access to over 750 freely downloadable template documents from their online document library including HR and risk assessment guidance relating to COVID-19 such as these downloads:
  • Getting your business COVID secure
  • Getting your office COVID secure
  • Signage pack

• An Advice Hotline – a specific BFPA dedicated telephone number where you can seek advice on any of the above topics and receive instant advice from trained knowledgeable professionals
