BFPDA Council Update

You may be interested in the progress made so far in the BFPDA Vivid Vision initiative, started in 2019 and being driven by the BFPDA Council under the Chairmanship of Nigel Thomason. Attached are 4 slides which summarise the aims and objectives and progress to date of the BFPDA Vivid Vision project with key achievements related to the Hose Assemblies Scheme to date being:
- Updated and improved D8 for fixed facilities
- New D12 for Mobile Vans being created for launch in 2021
- First Hose Scheme Member Conference November 2019
- Second Hose Scheme Member Conference planned for 2021
- OEM/EU Hose Scheme Conference and Table Exhibition planned for autumn 2021
Phase 1 of a PR Campaign carried out in autumn 2020 (see below) – more planned for 2021
PR Campaign to raise awareness of BFPA Approved Hose Assemblies Scheme
BFPA’s ‘Choose Q for Quality’ autumn PR campaign to raise awareness of the BFPA Approved Hose Assemblies Scheme has been really successful so far with take up by the many sector magazines (e.g. Construction Index, Farm Week, Potato Review, Building Services and Environmental Engineer and others too) for the 5 articles written so far which we would like to encourage you to use / share on your own websites:
