Sales Administrator
Interpump Hydraulics UK Ltd t/a Bristol Hose
Bristol Hose are looking for a Sales Administrator based at their Avonmouth branch BS11 9EH who will be reportable to the Commercial Manager
Responsibilities
- Process Orders via email or phone
- Contacting clients to obtain information and answer queries
- Check data accuracy in orders
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain/update customer & suppliers records
- Communicate feedback from customer
- Administration
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Requirements
- Proven work experience in Sales Office
- Knowledge within the Hydraulic/Pneumatic industry
- Organizational & multitasking skills
- To work as part of a team
- Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment and be able to work well under pressure
- Basic computer understanding i.e.: excel & word
- Good communication skills with customers and suppliers
Hours are 8am to 5pm Mon – Fri
Salary between 20k to 24k negotiable
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
