Sales Administrator

Interpump Hydraulics UK Ltd t/a Bristol Hose

Bristol Hose are looking for a Sales Administrator based at their Avonmouth branch BS11 9EH who will be reportable to the Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

  • Process Orders via email or phone
  • Contacting clients to obtain information and answer queries
  • Check data accuracy in orders
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain/update customer & suppliers records
  • Communicate feedback from customer
  • Administration
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in Sales Office
  • Knowledge within the Hydraulic/Pneumatic industry
  • Organizational & multitasking skills
  • To work as part of a team
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment and be able to work well under pressure
  • Basic computer understanding i.e.: excel & word
  • Good communication skills with customers and suppliers

Hours are 8am to 5pm Mon – Fri

Salary between 20k to 24k negotiable

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
