UK Based External Sales Executive – Industrial Machinery

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused External Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UK, specialising in Uniflex branded machine sales for Crimping, Cutting and Pressure Testing hose assemblies.

About the role:
You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and owning the full sales cycle. Working closely with internal sales and technical teams, you’ll provide tailored solutions that help customers improve efficiency and performance.

What we’re looking for:
✔ Minimum 2 years external/internal sales experience (industrial machinery/fluid connector sales experience preferred)
✔ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Technical aptitude and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
✔ Willingness to travel and full UK driving licence
