HUSCO International Partners LLP is a global leader in the development and manufacture of hydraulic and electrohydraulic controls for both off-highway and automotive applications. We work as an extension of our customer engineering department, to optimise the technical solution and provide support from the conceptual stage all the way to serial production. We offer both cartridge and spool valve solutions, as well as ECU and software solutions, for transmission, material handling, construction, and agriculture applications. We have developed sophisticated software algorithms for high fidelity electrohydraulic control systems, as our customers implement their decarbonisation, and semi or fully automated machine strategies.
Our ability to design and develop the ideal solution starts with clear communication between our customer and HUSCO engineers in the earliest possible stage of the project. We are then able to rapidly prototype our solutions, and if required, fit these directly to customer machines at our development and test centres across the globe, which include fully equipped dig sites and test grounds. This helps our customers to move quickly to market with new systems.
In addition to the 250 expert engineers and technicians on staff, HUSCO invests heavily in time-saving CAD, modelling, and simulation programs, as well as a robust advanced product planning process, to ensure product launch quality expectations are met or exceeded.
Our production facilities use in-house state of the art production lines, which include sophisticated mistake proofing and test equipment, to ensure high quality performance.
