Tungum Hydraulics Ltd, based on over 60 years' experience, specialises in the supply of tubing and pipeline components for use in hostile environments - particularly those encountered Offshore, in the Marine 'splash zone' and at coastal locations.
The company's range includes the world famous 'Tungum Alloy', an Aluminium-Nickel-Silicon Brass combining high strength with ductility, good fatigue properties and exceptional corrosion resistance.
A wide range of both metric and imperial sizes of Tungum Tubing is stocked to cater for even the most urgent demand.
To complement the metric tubing, the Company also produces the 'PG Series', high performance silver solder fitting rated 345 Bar working in sizes up to 50mm in diameter. The fittings feature Tungum Alloy in their construction.
All products can be specified for use in systems classified by Lloyds Register or Det Norske Veritas and are equally suited to use with H.P. Hydraulic Fluids, Air or Gases such as Oxygen and Hydrogen.
Specialist facilities are also provided for manipulating and fabricating pipework assemblies in a variety of materials. Fabricated Control Panels and Manifolds for gases are a particular speciality.
Tungum has recently engaged a team of Specialist Systems installers with over 100 years combined experience in design and installation of high and low pressure, gas and hydraulic pipework, distribution and control systems.
