hydraPower dynamics lead the field in hose and pipe assembly manufacture. With hoses and ancillary fittings being supplied throughout the UK to Original Equipment manufacturers and for industrial and military applications. Hose assemblies through to full production build kits are supplied in anything from JIT to lineside delivery.
Specialising in the production of CNC tube and pipe assemblies from 90mm diameter and down, hydraPower are geared for small and medium batch production. Major products include hydraulic, pneumatic, water and exhaust pipes, for industrial and Original Equipment applications. Bracketry, small fabrications and CNC machined components are all within our scope of supply.
More recent products that the company has expanded into, is the assemble /manufactured
of nylon fuel systems and deliver configurations. Application for such components are for low and high-pressure fuel units, engines for on and off road vehicles with the view of looking to supply into other industries.
hydraPower are the UK distributor for Finn-Power machinery, machine ranges ideally suited for both hydraulic and general industrial applications. The full range of Finn-Power swaging presses and hose cutting machines are available. Our team of Finn-Power trained service engineers will maintain repair or service existing and new machinery. A full rebuild service and maintenance programme is available for all Finn-Power machines.
hydraPower Surface Engineering. The Surface Engineering division was set in the latter part of 2005 to cater for demands in the plant and post-surface treatment operations. The initial operation hinged on the project management with resources, parts and components brought in to meet demands.
Within the department, there are engineers experienced in all areas of surface coating, from electrophoretic and autophoretic immersion water based paint, 2k paint systems, and manual and automatic powder plants. Other products include pre-treatment plants, spray booths and ovens for all types of paint and powder coating systems. From simple manual plants to fully automated robotic systems, our expertise ensures a complete and competitive service.
