Success at Hillhead for the BFPA Training Academy

The BFPA staff spent a very hot but enjoyable three days at the Hillhead Exhibition in Buxton, Derbyshire this June. Many Association members were there either with stands or visiting so it was a great opportunity to meet colleagues and promote the BFPA training courses at the same time.
Visitors to our stand were keen to learn more about the prevention of fluid injection injuries and share their experiences in the workplace. A lot of interest was shown by visitors in BFPA’s best-selling booklet Fluid injection injury emergency – The Facts which can be purchased from the BFPA website under publications.
Martin Kingsbury, the BFPA Membership and Training Director, who was on the stand spoke of the success ” We were very pleased with the response from visitors to our training courses and the positive support for adopting training to prevent fluid injection injuries which was the main thrust of our campaign while at the exhibition”.
