Appointment of Regional Managers at Hydroscand UK

22 Sep 2023

We are delighted to share this press release from Hydroscand UK

To support our continuous and planned growth, Hydroscand UK has made some changes in the structure of our organisation. We created two roles for Regional Managers.
On 1st April 2023, Aaron Goffin, Area Sales Manager and Lee Davis, Branch Manager were promoted to Regional Managers.

Rebecca Galley, Managing Director said: “I am delighted to share that both Regional Managers have been appointed internally, showing our commitment to investing in the growth and development of our team members at all levels.”

These managers will take responsibility for a number of branches each and will help the regional teams to meet and exceed the requirements of our customers.

Other key reasons for adding these roles are:
• To give focus and pace to operational improvement
• To offer internal development opportunities
• To create capacity for business development

Aaron joined the company in 2010 as a production operative, making hose assemblies for Sandvik. When the business in Nottingham moved to Sandiacre, Aaron took on the role of Branch Manager and in 2021 moved into the role of Area Sales Manager. He has been instrumental in developing the business in Nottingham to what it is today.
Aaron said: “I would like to thank Rebecca Galley and Hydroscand for this opportunity. I am eager to get started in my new role and I am looking forward to spending time with my team.”

Lee Davis joined Hydroscand in 2009 and later that year set up and worked on our first HoseExpress van. Lee opened our Bodmin branch in 2012 and has been Branch Manager there since, building the branch and brand in the area.
Lee said: “I am looking forward to working with my depots to help them find solutions to problems that may arise. Also supporting them to become even better than they already are and try to maximise potential business and increase profitability and compliance.“I am still adjusting to a totally different way of working compared to what I have known for the past 14 years.
“I just want to make a positive impact on the depots in my region and to Hydroscand as a whole.
“I look forward to meeting everyone in the various depots and to working with them in the future and I am excited about the future plans for Hydroscand UK and to be a part of making these changes happen.”

They will also become part of the Hydroscand UK Senior Management Team.

Rebecca said: “Please join me in congratulating Aaron and Lee on their promotions and wishing them the best in their new roles.”
