Interpump Fluid Solutions UK has acquired the entire share capital of Alltube Engineering Ltd for 2.3 million euro. This acquisition represents a significant milestone for BFPA member Interpump Fluid Solutions, as they roll out their UK expansion strategy for 2024, and further enhances their solution-focused offerings in the market.
Founded in 1986 and backed by decades of design and manufacturing experience, Alltube Engineering Ltd specialises in the Manufacture, Fabrication and Manipulation of rigid tubes and flexible hydraulic hoses. Serving both OEM and aftermarket sectors across various industries, including agriculture, construction, handling, transport, and general industrial applications. With this acquisition, Interpump Fluid Solutions UK now brings critical processes in-house, including CNC Bending, Welding, Brazing, Ring Rolling, Tube Forming, Flushing, Pressure Testing, and Swaging.
